We let the pie sheets thaw from evening to morning in the refrigerator. We peel the apples and put them on the grater with big holes. Put them in a saucepan on the fire, add sugar, vanilla and spices.
Let it cook for 10 minutes. Add the semolina, mix and let the apples cool. We take a sheet of pie, spread it on the work table, grease the base of the sheet with a little butter (where we will put the apples), put 2-3 tablespoons of apples on the whole width of the sheet, gather the edges and roll the strudel. Do the same with all the leaves and apples. Place the strudels in a pan greased with oil, pour the remaining butter on top (a little of it was consumed) and put the tray in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes, until they are slightly browned on top. Allow to cool, powder with vanilla sugar and serve.
