Fried salmon fillet

Cooking Roasted Salmon Fillet:

Step 1: Prepare the products.

First, take a chilled salmon and rinse it under a stream of cold water. Next, cut the fillet into equal parts (about 2 cm each), salt and pepper to taste. Now we proceed to one of the most important moments in the preparation of fish - prepare a marinade. Mix two tablespoons of olive oil, two tablespoons of lemon juice and one spoon of Dijon mustard. Dijon mustard can be bought at any of the stores, if there isn’t one, ordinary mustard will go.

Step 2: Cook the salmon filet.

Next, mix the marinade and chopped salmon fillet. It is important that each piece of fish is saturated with our marinade. Many do not leave the meat soaked, but for half an hour I let it brew. Then we heat the pan and fry the fish on both sides. No need to overcook, as soon as on one side a crust is obtained - immediately turn it over. It takes 3 minutes to 5 to fry the meat.

Step 3: Serve the salmon fillet in a pan.

It is best served on salmon with spring onions. You can also make avocado salad. Serve without a side dish. Salmon is a great appetizer for any alcohol, especially white, dry wine. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - It is better to buy chilled salmon fillet, but not frozen. After cooking, the meat will be tender.

- - Do not overcook the meat, otherwise the fish will not be juicy.

- - You can serve with light salads, with salted cheese, with avocado.
