Step 6: prepare the parsley.

We wash the parsley greens under running water and, brushing it off the water, transfer it to a cutting board. Using a kitchen knife, chop our ingredient coarsely and transfer to a bowl with tomatoes.

Step 7: prepare the salad leaf.

We wash the lettuce leaf under running water, then shake it off the water and transfer it to a cutting board. With the help of a kitchen knife, we cut our ingredient across into wide strips and transfer it to the container for the remaining chopped ingredients.

Step 8: prepare the cheese.
