Pork ribs with champignons


Ingredients for making pork ribs with mushrooms

  1. Ribs (pork) chilled 600 grams
  2. Champignons 300 grams
  3. Onions 2 pieces
  4. Sour cream (at least 25% fat) 100 grams
  5. Salt to your liking
  6. Sunflower oil 100 grams

Cooking pork ribs with mushrooms:

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.

We wash the pork ribs under running cold water, cut into small pieces along the ribs themselves. We shift them into a bowl, add black ground pepper, table salt and leave to marinate for 10-15 minutes. We warm the cauldrons, add a little sunflower oil and put the infused ribs, increase fire to maximum and fry until golden brown.

Step 2: Prepare the onions and mushrooms.

Onions should be peeled, washed in cold water and cut into half rings. We sort the champignons, wash them under water and if the mushrooms are large, on the cutting board we cut into small pieces, and if small ones can be cut into two parts.

Step 3: Combine the ingredients and simmer.

Add chopped onion to a bowl with rosy ribs, fry it until soft. If you wish, you can add garlic, literally 1 chopped clove will be enough. Continue to fry, adding chopped champignons, mix well, cover and simmer over medium heat within 10-15 minutes. After the cover, remove and simmer until the water from the cauldron is completely evaporated. Make sure that the ribs are not burnt during frying. After the water has evaporated, add sour cream and bay leaf, if desired, you can add a little salt and pepper. Stew ribs on low heat within 30 minuteswhile checking that the meat is soft.

Step 4: Serve the pork ribs with mushrooms.

Put the prepared pork ribs with mushrooms on a serving plate, decorate with finely chopped parsley or dill. Serve and consume hot. Good appetite!

Recipe Tips:

- - For the piquancy of this wonderful dish, you can add 1-2 cloves of finely chopped garlic, or squeezed through the garlic.

- - I advise you to serve pork ribs with mushrooms with a side dish of stewed cabbage or pasta. Or with potatoes, which can be stewed together with ribs, and you need to add it in chopped form (you can cut into circles, cubes and straws, as you like) with mushrooms.

- - Champignons can be replaced with porcini mushrooms, the dish will turn out even tastier. And pork ribs can be replaced with beef or lamb, only in this case, do not forget that they will be cooked a little longer, for about 30-40 minutes.
