Bubert Cooking:

Step 1: Boil the milk.

The first thing you need to do to make a buberth is to take a container in which milk will boil. Choose the capacity at your discretion - it can be both a pan and a small cauldron. Take half a liter of milk and divide it in half. Pour the separated half, or rather 250 grams, into the container you prepared, and put to medium heatbring to a boil. In the second part of the milk, which remained not boiled, add half a glass of flour, mix well. Then combining everything together, cook 5 minutes on low heat, do not forget to stir constantly, otherwise the flour may burn.

Step 2: Add the eggs.

The next step in preparing the tuberts will be the separation of proteins from the yolks. Hit the knife in the upper part with a knife or flat handle of another cutlery. Your task is for the egg to crack so that its upper half is less than the bottom. Carefully remove the top half. Hold the top half near the bottom, through the gap between them, carefully strain the protein in a bowl. Grab the egg yolk on the upper half of the shell. Some strands of egg white can be especially stubborn, help them with a fork. Dip the yolk in the prepared dishes. In the already separated yolk, add half of the required amount of sugar and vanilla. After removing the resulting mass from the fire, enter carefully in her yolks, with sugar and vanilla already added.

Step 3: Beat the protein.

Allow the mixture to cool slightly, and while it cools, whisk the whites with the remaining sugar. Before this, the whisk of the mixer should be very thoroughly washed after the yolk, otherwise the yolk caught in the protein will not allow the protein to beat properly. To whip the protein with sugar, first beat the protein until foam, and only then gradually add sugar while continuing to whisk. After whipping the protein, add it to the cooled buber.

Step 4: Serve the Buber.

Airy little chilled cream it is laid out on cookie cutters or in a bowl and served with cranberry jam in a warm form. You can also serve with berry sauce, fresh berries and fruits, jelly, mashed berries or juice. Good appetite!
