Cooking meat roll "Amazing":

Step 1: take onions and champignons.

Take 1 piece onions and finely chop, then finely chop the mushrooms. We shift the chopped onion with mushrooms into separate plates. On a stove, heat the oil in a frying pan and when it sizzles, pour the chopped onion into it. Fry the onion over medium heat until golden brown. It will take you approximately 5 minutes. Then add champignons there and also 5 minutes fry everything in a pan. Do not forget to stir everything constantly so that the onion does not burn. After that, set aside the pan and proceed to the next cooking step.

Step 2: take carrots, broccoli and cheese.

We take a grater and on its large side we rub carrots, and then cheese. Next we take broccoli cabbage. Since it is frozen in our country, it should first be thawed naturally, and not in the microwave. Then carefully disassemble it into inflorescences. Add the carrots and then the broccoli to the pan for onions and mushrooms. Fry it all together 5 minutes. After that, pour the cream into the pan, lightly salt and simmer over low heat minutes 8-10 constantly mixing the entire contents with a spatula. At the end of time, add the grated cheese to the pan and wait until it melts. It will also take approximately from 5 to 8 minutes.

Step 3: take the cannelloni.

We take our huge pasta called Cannelloni and fill it with a frying pan. They are not boiled, but taken as they are - raw. Their number will depend on which baking sheet the roll is baked on, what height and length you want to make it, and how many such cannelloni fit into this shape in length. I freely fit 6 pieces. You can start them with a teaspoon, or if the filling allows - with a pastry syringe. At the end of this process - put the stuffed pasta on a plate and proceed to the next step.

Step 4: prepare the minced meat.

Now we take the purchased not frozen minced meat (pork and beef), twist it in a meat grinder with one onion, garlic and potatoes into a suitable container. Potatoes should be peeled and not cooked. Raw potatoes are always added to the minced meat. Soft bun before adding to the stuffing should be slightly softened (1-2 minutes) in a bowl with milk or plain drinking water. Then the excess water or milk should be squeezed and gently crumble in a bowl with minced meat. Add the egg to the minced meat, salt everything, pepper to your taste and mix thoroughly. you can stir the stuffing with at least a spoon, at least a fork, at least with your hands. In general, choose what to bother yourself and how it will be more convenient for you.

Step 5: form the roll.

We cut off the food film of the required length, put the whole stuffing on it, straighten everything out well and form a rectangle of the desired length. We put 6 stuffed cannelloni on flattened minced meat. Now carefully roll the roll using the film. After that, put on a greased baking dish roll. In this case, the film should be removed - we will no longer need it. Preheat the oven on 180-200 degrees, put in the middle of the oven our form on a baking sheet and bake the roll for approximately 1 hour. The readiness of the roll is best checked with a toothpick. If it freely enters the roll and freely pierces it, then our pasta inside has already been cooked and our dish is ready.

Step 6: serve the meatloaf “Amazing”.

At the end of the dish, put it with a spatula on a serving dish. This dish should be served both hot and chilled. From this his taste does not change. Before serving, roll should be cut into separate portioned pieces. You can decorate the roll with greens, chopped vegetables, a green town. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - it is advisable to pour the oil so that it covers the onions during frying. If you are going to add some more vegetables then the pan, then periodically it is worth adding a little oil.

- - instead of sunflower oil, you can safely use olive oil for frying. It will give all vegetables a unique taste and unusual color.

- - for minced meat you can choose a mixture of different minced meat, or any one kind. For example, I tried even minced chicken.
