Making Chocolate Tarte:

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.

First we get all the necessary ingredients and see where to start. Chicken eggs accumulate a lot of harmful bacteria on the shell, so before cooking they should be washed with soapy water. We lay the two eggs necessary for the preparation of the filling for now, and break the remaining one with a sharp knife and carefully separate the yolk from the protein. We need only the yolk, so you can use protein to prepare another dish.

Step 2: Cook the chopped shortcrust pastry.

You will probably be surprised at the selection of ingredients for making the dough. Yes, dough for tarte is prepared without adding salt and sugar. Let's get started! We need to grind the butter - it can be grated, knead by hand or chopped with a knife - hence the name of the dough itself. Choose a method that seems more convenient for you and get started! Stir and grind the flour gradually. This step will take about 3-5 minutes, and then the flour is completely absorbed into the oil, and you will get large crumbs from the dough. Add the egg yolk and quickly knead the dough so that the butter does not have time to melt. There is no need to achieve uniformity of the test, so all the same 3-5 minutes will take you to knead.

Step 3: Bake the chopped shortcrust pastry.

And now - the most interesting. Take a baking dish with high sides and line it with special paper - parchment. This is necessary so that the tart does not burn, and you can easily get it out of shape. We pluck off pieces of dough and stick them to parchment, all over the bottom of the form. Using a photograph will make it much easier for you to understand how it should look. We make beads with a height of about 3-4 centimeters - so that the filling is well and firmly held in them. Before baking, the dough needs to be cooled in the refrigerator or in the freezer of your choice - 20 and 10 minutes, respectively. At this time, preheat the oven to 200 degrees. We send the form with the dough from the refrigerator directly to the preheated oven, where we will bake it until golden brown for 10-15 minutes. Finished tart from the baking dish not necessary!

Step 4: Prepare the filling for the chocolate tart.

Pour the cream into a small bowl, break the chocolate bar and put a piece of butter. We send the bowl to the stove and stirring occasionally, melt the chocolate and butter. Break 2 chicken eggs into a plate and beat them lightly with a fork. More "heavy" equipment - in the form of a mixer or a blender is not required. When the chocolate has completely melted, you can remove the bowl from the stove and pour beaten eggs into it. Be sure to stir the sauce so that the eggs do not curl.

Step 5: Cook the chocolate tart.

Before adding the filling sauce to the baked cake, it is necessary to allow the latter to cool slightly. If the cake is already cold, feel free to pour the chocolate filling into it, trying not to get on the edges of the tart. Again, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and remove the chocolate tart form into it. Bake dessert for 5-10 minutes, and then remove it from the oven. The middle of the tart will be slightly underbaked - do not worry, it should be so. We let the tartu cool down first at room temperature so that it can be sent to the refrigerator for half an hour before it has completely cooled down.

Step 6: Serve the finished chocolate tart.

We take out the tart from the baking dish and transfer it to a beautiful flat dish. Before serving, sprinkle the chocolate surface with powdered sugar, and now the chocolate tart is ready! We serve it chilled, with a delicious drink - tea, coffee and milk are great. Such a delicious sweet dish will surely be appreciated even by gourmets, as well as the most demanding sweet tooth - children. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - It is necessary to ensure that the surface of the tarte does not bubble when baking. Therefore, periodically look into the oven when you bake the base from the dough, and crush it if it has risen slightly.

- - Sweet tarts can be prepared with other fillings - for example, raspberry, caramel, cherry, apple or assorted.

- - You can add a little chopped nuts or berries to the filling - strawberries are especially good with chocolate.

- - If you use milk chocolate, the taste of the tarte will be more tender, with a creamy aftertaste, and if it is dark bitter, it will be rich in chocolate.
