Cooking pork lordly:

Step 1: Beat Pork.

We take pork and wash it well under running cold water. After that, we cut it into slices (cut across the fibers) with a thickness of about 10 - 15 mm. We lay out the slices of meat on the kitchen board and beat off on both sides with a chopper with a fine mesh. To prevent splashes from spreading around the kitchen, you can wrap pork in plastic wrap or plastic bag.

Step 2: Cook the lordly pork.

Set to preheat the oven up to 200 degrees. Chopped pieces of pork with salt and pepper. Take a baking sheet, cover it with parchment paper and lightly grease it with vegetable oil. Put the meat in a row. Mushrooms (I have canned champignons, already sliced) strain through a colander. If you bought whole mushrooms, then they need to be cut into thin slices. Put the mushrooms on top of the meat. Next layer lay onions, pre-sliced in half rings. Grate cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle it on top onion. Lubricate abundantly with mayonnaise. Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 60 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.

Step 3: Serve the lordly pork.

After an hour, we take out the baking sheet from the oven; meat should be covered with a golden crust (this is so baked cheese). Thanks to mushrooms, the meat will not be dry. Serve best with vegetable salad. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - It is not necessary to cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, but you can simply grease it with plenty of vegetable oil.

- - You can’t immediately sprinkle the cheese with cheese, but 15 minutes before being cooked. Then it will turn out fused.
